REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Tunkhannock Area School District will receive sealed bids for the following
in the form of a Single all-inclusive proposal FOR EACH RFP:
1. A. RFP High School Combi
2. B. RFP High School Outdoor Walk in Freezers
3. C. RFP Intermediate Center Serving Line
4. D. RFP Intermediate Tables
Bids shall be submitted by mail to: Tunkhannock Area School District

NO LATER THAN 1:00 pm ON Monday April 20, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened at 1:10 pm and read through live, through Zoom. The bid openings may be accessed by zoom link, which will be emailed with bid requested bid documents. The link will also be posted 15 minutes prior to the bid opening on the district website, www.tasd.net.
Electronic Contract Documents: In order to bid, prospective bidders must obtain Bid/Proposal documents in electronic format (PDF) via emailed link upon request to jackie.shaver@tasd.net or letter to Jackie Shaver HS Café, Tunkhannock Area School District, 41 Philadelphia Ave., Tunkhannock, PA 18657. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents. Company Name, Contact Person, Complete address, Phone and Fax Numbers and email Address. Documents will be available on March 25, 2026 through April 10, 2026. Mandatory walk through starting at the Tunkhannock Intermediate Center 200 Franklin Ave on April 13, 2026 at 9:00 am then will proceed to the Tunkhannock High School.
