Fusion C3 Health Screening
As part of our annual school health screenings, we would like to offer some dates and times to schedule your Fusion C3 student state mandated health screenings by our school nurses. Screenings will include vision, hearing, height/weight and scoliosis for select grades i.e. 6th and 7th. If your student wears glasses or contacts, please attend the health screening. Please report to the STEM Academy Gym.
