Here are some troubleshooting tips if anyone has an issue with a chrome book.
Please have the student do the following:
- Sign out of the chrome book and (if not already) and choose shutdown/power off. After waiting a minute turn it back on.
- If that doesn’t work, on the login screen, click on the down arrow next to the account and choose “remove this user” This will remove the local profile from the chromebook. Once they go to login again it will pull a new copy of their profile down.
- If the Chromebook won't turn in, ensure the power cord is plugged in and there is a light on. Give it 15-20 minutes and try turning it on again while it is plugged in.
